Modern Changes and new development of ?Ethnic Professional Ethics in the New Era——An Empirical Study Based on the Tujia from Wuling Mountain region
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has clearly stated that:"We will carry out citizen morality construction projects and carry forward traditional Chinese virtues".Un-der the new situation,the professional ethics has changed obviously,so it is an important task to strengthen its con-struction in the new era.The effectively grasping modern changes and causes of professional ethics in the new era is its key of effectively develop.The modern changes of professional ethics are mainly shown as follows:"the change of concept of'justice'and'profit',the change of concept of professional ethics and the change of concept of employment",and its causes mainly include"the change of social and economic environment,the stimulation of social and economic development and scientific and technological progress,as well as the influence of moderniza-tion and market economy".At the same time,the basic paths of professional ethics development in the new period lies in"renew and reform the professional ethics,cultivate the practice subject of excellent professional ethics,cultivate individual moral quality and stimulate their'creativity'of professional ethics".The article further points out that it is an important path to effectively promote the modern civilization of the Chinese nation to construct the national professional ethics and its modern system which are compatible with the socialist core values of our coun-try.
