Study on the Measurement of New Dynamic Energy for High-Quality Development of Chinese Economy and the Path of Enhancement
The entropy method is used to measure and analyze the new kinetic energy for high-quality economic development of 30 provinces(excluding Tibet Autonomous Region)from 2012 to 2021.and growth rates have differences,with the eastern region having a better level of new kinetic energy development,the central and north-eastern regions coming next,and the western region having the lowest,but the northeastern region having the slow-est growth rate and the central region having the fastest;economic vitality,innovation power and digital drive play an important role in the development of new kinetic energy.Finally,countermeasures are proposed in terms of strengthening inter-regional cooperation and synergy,increasing support for technological innovation,and improving digital infrastructure construction.
