Study on the Effective Interface between Consolidating and Expanding the Achievements of Poverty Eradication and Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas——Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an Example
At the historical convergence node of achieving victory in comprehensive poverty eradication and com-prehensively promoting the cause of rural revitalization,consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradica-tion and rural revitalization are organically connected,which is an inevitable requirement for preventing the risk of returning to poverty and solidly advancing the strategy of rural revitalization.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation,but there are still dilemmas in promoting the effective con-vergence of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,lagging behind in the construction of infrastructure in the a-gricultural and pastoral areas,the risk of returning to poverty exists for a long time,there are limitations in the de-velopment of the industry,the scarcity of new types of agricultural and animal husbandry professionals,lack of en-dogenous motivation,and the decline of ecological functions in the agricultural and pastoral areas.Inner Mongolia should consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization should be a good effective convergence of policies,planning and institutional mechanisms,accelerate the construction of infrastructure in the agricultural and pastoral areas,establish a long-term mechanism to prevent the return of poverty,promote the integrated devel-opment of industries,improve the construction of agricultural and pastoral talents,stimulate the endogenous motiva-tion of farmers and herdsmen to develop,and continue to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.
