The Path of High-Quality Development of Rural Urbanization under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization
With the development of productive forces,China has entered a period of rapid urbanization and the countryside has gradually entered modernization. China's urbanization is government-led,and the government has put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which calls for promoting the high-quality development of rural ur-banization. Rural urbanization should be promoted in high quality by region in conjunction with the specific envi-ronment,promote industrial upgrading,vigorously develop the export-oriented economy and non-agricultural indus-tries,and develop public utilities such as education,medical care,transportation,and environmental protection;ru-ral urbanization should be implemented in phases,with increased infrastructure construction,and the joint role of the market and the government should be brought into play,so as to achieve balanced development of both urban and rural areas;Rural urbanization should vigorously develop rural market main bodies,eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural areas,develop modern agriculture,and promote urban-rural integration.
