Research on the Supply of Public Cultural Services in Rural Areas of Southern Xinjiang in the Context of Cultural Rundown of Xinjiang
Culture in the new era is not only an important part of the Party's strategy of governing Xinjiang,but al-so a fundamental policy to benefit people's livelihood and gather people's hearts.Improving the supply of rural public cultural services is the key practice of solidly promoting the Xinjiang Cultural Runjiang Project,which is re-lated to the epochal requirement of casting a firm sense of Chinese national community.The accessibility of rural public cultural services is an important criterion for testing the effectiveness of public cultural services.In this pa-per,on the basis of systematic analysis of the current situation of rural public cultural service supply in southern Xinjiang,based on the'5A'model constructed by Roy Penchansky and others,we analyse in depth the con-struction of rural public cultural service supply system in southern Xinjiang in terms of the five dimensions of ac-cessibility,approachability,acceptability,affordability,and compatibility,etc.We will try to find a solution to the dilemma of rural public cultural service supply system in southern Xinjiang,and provide a better solution to the problem.The dilemma of the rural public cultural service supply system in southern Xinjiang is analysed from five dimensions:accessibility,approachability,acceptability,affordability and matchability.
