Perspective on International Organizations'Policies for AI Ethics in Basic Education
This study selects four representative policies on AI ethics in basic education issued by international organizations since 2019.A framework analyzing the policies'goals, ethical solutions, and implementation is developed. These policies analyze technological impacts, prioritize protecting students'rights, and address ethical dilemmas in applications through participatory mechanisms, monitoring, and legal frameworks. At the goal level, they guide policy implementation and evaluation. At the solution level, they establish data privacy barriers. At the implementation level, they promote stakeholder participation.Core values and guidelines include"fairness and safety"and"openness and autonomy".The policies reflect people-centeredness and caring for children, emphasize localized implementation, while regulatory consistency and resource assurance require further improvement.
