为应对数字化时代产业升级转型和劳动力市场变革带来的挑战,进一步提升全民数字素养和职业教育质量,瑞士积极推动职业教育数字化转型.在"数字瑞士"国家战略引领下,瑞士基于相关纲领性转型战略、指导性转型意见和专项资助计划,分层次、分重点为职业教育数字化转型提供指导和支持.瑞士职业教育通过调整优化专业结构、扩大数字技能人才培养规模、推动教学多场景数字技术应用、鼓励多主体参与数字资源开发与学习平台建设、制定教师数字能力培养评估标准以及促进数据流通和信息共享等途径,在多领域协同推进数字化转型.瑞士职业教育数字化转型秉持以产业需求为中心的转型导向,强调"以内容为依"和"以学生为本"的转型原则,遵循"循序渐进"和"难点突破"相结合的转型逻辑,重视数字化转型相关标准的研制及数字化资源共建和共享机制的建立.
Digital Transformation of Vocational and Professional Education and Training in Switzerland:Background,Policy and Practice
In order to meet the challenges of industrial upgrading and labour market changes in the digital era,develop the digital literacy of citizens and enhance the quality of education,Switzerland is actively promoting the digital transformation of Vocational and Professional Education and Training(VPET)system.Under the"Digital Switzerland"national strategy,Switzerland provides guidance and support for the digital transformation of VPET system at different levels and with different priorities,based on transformation strategies,guidelines and funding programs.By adjusting speciality setup,training more digital talents,applying digital technologies in multiple teaching scenarios,encouraging the development of digital resources and learning platforms,setting standards for teachers'digital competence and facilitating data flow and information sharing,Swiss VPET system is driving digital transformation through efforts in several areas.The digital transformation of Swiss VPET system adheres to industrial demand as the center,emphasizes content-based and student-centered transformation principle and follows a step-by-step approach while producing key breakthrough.Swiss VPET system also attaches importance to the development of relevant standards for digital transformation and the establishment of digital resource co-construction and sharing mechanism.
