21世纪初,美国教育改革的解制派创建了一种新的教师教育机构——新教育研究生院.新教育研究生院的教师培养项目体现了美国教师培养的新路径.通过比较分析八个新教育研究生院教师培养项目的实施路径,发现这些项目在培养目标、招生要求、课程设置、教学方法、评价方式以及保障体系等方面拥有共同点但又各具特色.整体而言,美国新教育研究生院的教师培养项目使教师培养独立于大学场域,解决了教师培养供需脱节的问题;致力于为薄弱的公立学校培养师资,回应了现实诉求;驻校实习与课程教学同步设置,体现了临床实践取向;注重探究式教学与项目式学习,实现了能力培养的核心目标;基于证据展开实践教学,秉持了循证教学理念.
A New Approach of Teacher Training in America:The Implementation and Characteristics of Programs in New Graduate Schools of Education——Based on a Comparative Analysis of Eight Teacher Training Programs
In the early 21st century,the deregulation proponents of American education reform have established a new teacher education institution,called"new Graduate Schools of Education".The teacher training programs in new Graduate Schools of Education show a new approach to teacher training in America.Comparative analysis of the implementary approach of eight teacher training programs in new Graduate Schools of Education reveals that these programs have common characteristics in training objectives,enrollment requirements,curriculum settings,teaching methods,evaluation methods and support systems,but each has its own unique features.On the whole,the teacher training programs in new Graduate Schools of Education make teacher training independent of the university field,solving the problem of disconnection between supply and demand.The programs are committed to training teachers for weak public schools,which responds to the practical demands.The programs set residency and course teaching simultaneously,showing the orientation of clinical practice.The programs focus on inquiry-based teaching and project-based learning to achieve the core goal of ability training,and the practice teaching process embodies the idea of evidence-based teaching.
