Enhancing"Chinese+Vocational Skills"Digital Education in the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Countries——A Study from the High-quality Co-construction Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative
Propelled by the Belt and Road Initiative,collaborative endeavors and exchanges between China and the other five Lancang-Mekong cooperation countries have notably intensified.In response to the regional,digital,industrial,and market-oriented demands of international Chinese language education,the digital empowerment of"Chinese+vocational skills"education is emerging as a developmental trend.This study delves into the policy frameworks and practical applications of such digital education across the Lancang-Mekong cooperation countries,scrutinizing each member state's policy choices and experiential paradigms.To foster high-quality development in"Chinese+vocational skills"digital education within these countries,it is imperative to leverage digital transformation as a catalyst for crafting superior digital educational resources and platforms;to create a new paradigm in Chinese vocational education,guided by the specific market demands of each country;to form a novel cooperative model among government,enterprises,industries,and educational institutions,centred on localized talent development and to foster a new pattern of industry-education synergy with"dual instructor"with supports the integration of diverse professional collaborations,aiming to propel the development of a"Chinese Education Community",ensuring a sustainable and high-quality advancement in digital education across the Lancang-Mekong cooperation countries.
