The Concept and Practice of the World Bank's Digital Education Reform
As an important participant in leading the development of global educational practices,the World Bank is fully aware of the impact of the external environment on the education system and actively plays the role of a 'knowledge bank'to promote the transformation of digital education.The World Bank has demonstrated the triple thinking foundations of humanistic values,instrumental rationality and technological priority by alleviating the global learning crisis,developing the digital economy,and achieving sustainable development of education.The World Bank's strategies include:improving digital infrastructure,enriching digital learning resources,strengthening teacher digital ability training,and enhancing digital governance capabilities.However,the World Bank's digital education reform reflects a strong instrumental vale,which may not promote the economic development of low and middle-income countries,and whether it can improve the learning effect through digital technology is also questionable.
