"人类命运共同体"理念下国际科学教育的博弈困境与战略路径——批判地缘政治学的视角

国际科学教育是推动科学理念创新、培养科技创新人才的关键性支撑.以批判地缘政治学为理论基础,结合 2016 年和 2024 年美国科学教学研究会大会的相关数据,研究分析地缘政治给国际科学教育带来的潜在影响,发现地缘政治背景下形成了狭隘的国际科学教育"领土化"倾向、隔阂的"地缘想象"和顽固的"地理惰性"等观念,从而导致国际科学教育在跨国交流合作、多边利益共赢、区域优势引领和持续循环发展等方面面临博弈困境.构建具有中国特色的国际科学教育共同体,促进中国基础教育经验的国际传播,可通过超越"国家中心"主义、丰富"地缘想象"视野、借助共建"一带一路"平台机制和发挥"地理流动"优势等四条战略路径.
Dilemmas and Strategic Paths of International Science Education under the Concept of"A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind":Critical Geopolitical Perspectives
International science education is a key support for the promotion of scientific conceptual innovation and the training of scientific and technological innovators.Based on the critical geopolitics,this paper analyzes the potential crisis of international science education.It is found that narrow'territorial trap',disconnected'geo-imagination',hidden'panoramic vision'and stubborn'geographical inertia'lead to the dilemma of international science education in terms of transnational exchanges and co-operation.Therefore,four paths are proposed to build an international science education community with Chinese characteristics and to promote the international dissemination of China's experience in basic education.
