Comprehensive Evaluation of Infrastructure Level of Urban Agglomerations in China:Based on ARCGIS Hotspot Analysis
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the state has attached great importance to the sharing of public facility services and the co-governance of ecological environment within urban agglomerations. By researching on the infrastructure level of urban agglomerations the effective data support for the development of urban agglomerations can be provided. Based on the municipal basic data of the five major urban agglomerations from 2016 to 2020 , the infrastructure level of the five major urban agglomerations is analysed by using factor analysis, Moran Index and ArcGIS hot spot analysis tools. The results show that the infrastructure level of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is the highest, and the infrastructure level of inland cities such as Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has a large gap compared with that of coastal urban agglomerations such as the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta. The spatial agglomeration of urban agglomerations is obvious. The infrastructure level of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations belongs to"high clustering", while that of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations belongs to"low clustering". The allocation of infrastructure resources is unbalanced.
