基于舒适性的德胜门内大街步行空间优化策略研究

随着街道步行活动的日益增多,街道步行空间的舒适性问题也越来越受到人们的关注.但在当前的城市更新过程中对人们步行舒适性的需求关注和研究不够,导致一些街道步行空间的改造效果不明显.以北京市德胜门内大街为例,在已有研究的基础上探讨影响街道步行空间舒适性的4个重要因素:人行道高差、人行道宽度、行道树密度、临街出入口密度.通过实地调查和相关数据统计分析对德胜门内大街的27个街段进行舒适性评价,总结出街道步行空间存在的现状问题,进而提出街道步行空间的4项优化策略:人行道有高差区域优化设计、人行道与建筑前空间一体化设计、道路基础设施优化布置和街道侧界面优化设计.以期为街道空间的更新改造和后期管理提供借鉴.
Research on Optimization Strategy of Pedestrian Space in Deshengmen Inner Street Based on Comfort
With the increasing of street walking activities, people pay more and more attention to the comfort of street walking space. However, in the current process of urban renewal, there is not enough attention and research on the demand of walking comfort, which leads to the transformation effect of some street walking spaces are not obvious. Taking Deshengmen Inner Street in Beijing as an example, on the basis of existing studies, the four important factors that affect the comfort of street walking space are discussed:sidewalk height difference, sidewalk width, sidewalk tree density and street entrance density. Through field investigation and statistical analysis of related data, the comfort of Deshengmen Inner Street is evaluated, and the current problems existing in street walking space are summarized. Furthermore, the optimization strategies of street walking space are put forward: optimization design of sidewalk area with height difference, integrated design of sidewalk and building front space, optimal layout of road infrastructure and optimal design of building side interface, in order to provide reference for the renovation and later management of street space.
