Research on the Characteristics of the Construction of Main Hall of the Yiyong Wu'an King Temple in Yuzhou, Henan
The main hall of Yiyong Wu'an King temple is a typical wooden building located in the central region of Henan, which was announced as the first batch of provincial cultural relics protection units in Henan province in 1963 as a Ming dynasty building. After a detailed mapping survey, it is found that the wooden frame of the hall retains a large number of early architectural practices. Staring from the plan layout, beam structure, paving characteristics, etc. , to compare the construction of main hall with the existing official-style wooden frame buildings, the early construction characteristics of its performance are analysed in the paper.
