中国建筑业"产业—创新—价值"复合系统协同度评价研究

打造产业、创新及价值子系统共生共长、协同共进的复合系统,是推进建筑业转型升级的有效途径.构建"产业—创新—价值"复合系统协同度综合评价指标体系,并利用复合系统协同度模型从全国整体、东中西及南北区域分解等维度解构 2011-2021 年中国建筑业产业、创新及价值子系统发展水平及相互之间的协同发展状况.研究发现:从子系统看,3 个子系统发展水平均存在明显的增幅,且价值子系统发展水平显著高于产业与创新子系统;相同基期视角下,全国产业—创新—价值子系统间的协同度在研究期间内均有上升且演进趋势基本一致,但系统间的纽带关系仍将长期处于合作阶段.其中,价值—创新年均协同度略高于产业—创新、产业—价值;相邻基期视角下,3 个子系统间的协同发展状况波动幅度明显,南北地区在产业—创新协同度上差距最大,东中西地区协同度波动幅度存在明显的"东—中—西"效应.
Evaluation of Synergy Degree of the"Industry-Innovation-Value"Composite System in China's Construction Industry
Creating a composite system in the construction industry,where industry,innovation and value are symbiotic and synergistic,is an effective approach to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.This study used the composite system synergy model to measure the development level of the industry,innovation and value subsystems in the construction industry and the synergy degrees between them from 2011 to 2021.Results indicated that the development levels of all three subsystems have seen significant growth over the study period.The value subsystem was notably more developed than the industry and innovation subsystems.From the same baseline,the synergy degrees between the industry,innovation,and value subsystems have increased throughout the study period,and the evolution trends were essentially the same.However,the synergistic relationship among the three was likely to remain in the cooperation stage for an extended period.Among them,the annual average synergy of the value-innovation system was slightly higher than that of the industry-innovation and industry-value systems.From the adjacent base period,the fluctuation amplitude of synergy development among the three subsystems was significant.There was the largest gap in industry-innovation synergy between the northern and southern regions.A pronounced"East-Middle-West"effect was evident in the fluctuation amplitude of the synergy degree in the eastern,central and western regions.
