Research on Campus Landscape Attractiveness Based on Preference Survey of College Students——The Case of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture Daxing Campus
In order to explore the relationship between university campus landscape and college students'preferenceat,taking Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture's Daxing Campus as an example,the data of college students'behavioral preference and landscape preference are obtained through behavioral observation method and point-touch research.Using semantic segmentation of real photos and calculating point-touch rates,the attractiveness of campus landscape elements was quantitatively analyzed,and the difference searching for the cause is carried out by using the method of semantic analysis.The results of the study show that:waterfront recreation areas were most popular among college students,and the higher likelihood of staying is near open spaces,viewing spaces,and building entrances.The types of landscape elements of general interest to college students were trees and water bodies,sculptures,landscape structures,and landscape rocks.Place attachment is significantly correlated with landscape preference,and there is some variability in the preference of college students of different genders.The findings of the study are with a view to providing reference significance for enhancing the attractiveness of modernized university campus landscapes.
