Current Status and Recommendations of Talent Evaluation Mechanisms in Chinese Universities in the New Era
It is imperative to deepening the reform of talent systems and mechanisms,especially addressing the issue of talent evaluation mechanisms in universities.Based on a text review of literature research and participat-ory observation through field research,this paper focuses on analyzing the theoretical foundations and character-istics of talent evaluation mechanisms in universities,as well as the current state and specific measures of talent evaluation reform in Chinese universities.Grounded in theoretical and practical research,this paper proposes the principles of talent classification management and scientific research quality priority,highlights the trends of ad-dressing practical issues through talent and the integration of industry-university-research collaboration,and em-phasizes the enhancement and suggestions for the application of artificial intelligence in education and teaching in the context of the new era.Theoretically,it helps provide a comprehensive understanding of the internal logic and theoretical connotations of talent evaluation mechanisms,enriching the research framework.Practically,it contributes to optimize and improve the talent evaluation mechanisms in universities,providing decision-making reference and guidance for managers and policymakers.
