水射流土层扩孔技术及影响因素

分析了水射流土层扩孔参数,建立了射流参数与土体参数的关系.通过实验,研究了射流参数和钻杆运动参数对扩孔效果的影响.结果表明:提高扩孔效果必须增大射流功率,在射流作用力大于土体临界破坏力的条件下,增大射流流量比增大射流压力更加有效;合理地匹配钻杆运动参数更有利于扩孔效果的提高.工程应用证明,运用水射流扩孔技术制作多环扩孔型锚杆是可行的,锚杆承载力明显提高.
Water jet soil reaming technology and its influencing factors
Water jet soil reaming parameters were analyzed based on the water jet theory and the soil mechanical theory. Some relationships between water-jet parameters and soil parameters were established. The effects of water jet parameters and drill motion parameters on the soil reaming were investigated by an indoor test. The experimental results show that it is necessary to increase water-jet power for enhancing the soil reaming effect. Increasing the water jet flow quantity has more obvious effect on the reaming than increasing the water jet pressure while the water jet impact force exceeds the soil critical breaking force. Reasonable matching the rotation speed and vertical speed of the drill pipe has more favorable effect on the soil reaming. It is feasible through engineering application that the water jet soil reaming technology is applied to making multi-ring type anchors in engineering, and the bearing capacity of the anchors is significantly improved.
