摘要

目的 评估抗微生物光动力疗法(aPDT)辅助龈下刮治和根面平整术(SRP)对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)检出率的影响.方法 选取慢性牙周炎患者 32人,随机分为实验组(光动力组)(16例)和对照组(16例),实验组进行龈下刮治和根面平整+光动力疗法,对照组进行龈下刮治和根面平整术,评价基线、治疗后 3、6 个月的微生物指标.采集龈下菌斑和唾液样本,对慢性牙周炎致病菌P.g进行聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测,观察P.g菌的检出率.结果 实验组和对照组在随访期的P.g阳性率均有所降低.对照组第3、6个月与基线相比,P.g阳性率改善不显著(P>0.05),但实验组无论在第 3、6个月,与基线相比都显著降低(P<0.05),且在第 3 个月时两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 抗微生物光动力疗法辅助治疗慢性牙周炎可以更为有效地抑制P.g.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of antimicrobial photodynamic therapy(aPDT)assisted subgingival scaling and root planing(SRP)on the detection rate of Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g).Methods A total of 32 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into a photodynamic group(16 cases)and a control group(16 cases),and they were treated by SRP+aPDT and SRP respectively.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)detection was performed for porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g)3 and 6 months after treatment.Results Both the experimental group and the control group showed a decrease in the positive rate of P.g during the follow-up period.There was no significant improvement in the positive rate of P.g in the control group compared to baseline at the 3rd and 6th months(P>0.05),but the experimental group showed a significant decrease compared to baseline at both 3rd and 6th months(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups at the 3rd month(P<0.05).Conclusions Antimicrobial photodynamic therapy as an adjunctive treatment for chronic periodontitis can effectively inhibit P.g.
