综合医院口腔科住院患者院内会诊的调查分析

摘要
目的 回顾我院口腔病房患者院内会诊记录,了解患者的一般情况及需要会诊的常见问题,提高患者的救治率.方法 通过回顾2020年8月至2022年7月我院口腔颌面外科病房患者院内会诊记录,对患者的性别比例、年龄分布、会诊科室占比、会诊的常见问题进行统计分析.结果 申请院内会诊的患者主要集中在60～69岁年龄段,男性多于女性,申请会诊例数最多的科室为心脏中心、麻醉科、神经内科.各类术前评估、术后并发症处理、调整围手术期抗凝药物使用是最为常见的会诊目的.结论 院内会诊是综合医院口腔颌面外科病房协助诊断、辅助围手术期治疗、及时处理术后并发症、顺利完成口腔住院患者进行口腔相关治疗的有效手段.
Abstract
Objective To review the consultation records of inpatients in the oral and maxillofacial surgery and understand the common problems that require consultation,and improve the cure rate of patients.Methods By reviewing the in-hospital consultation records of patients in the oral and maxillofacial surgery from August 2020 to July 2022,the departments consulted and the consultation purposes were analyzed.Results The patients applying for in-hospital consultation were mainly in the age group of 60-69 years old,with more males than females,cardiac center,department of anesthesia and neurology were the most frequently consulted departments.Preoperative evaluation,postoperative complication management,and the use of perioperative anticoagulant were the most common purpose of consultation.Conclusions In-hospital consultation is an effective way to assist diagnosis help,perioperative treatment,deal with postoperative complications,complete oral related treatment successfully for hospitalized oral patients.
