摘要
目的 评价 iRoot BP Plus 用于乳磨牙牙髓切断术的临床疗效.方法 选取因龋坏就诊儿童口腔科的患儿 89 名,下颌乳磨牙 120 颗,随机分为两组,分别采用iRoot BP Plus和三氧化矿物凝集体(MTA)作为盖髓剂,行牙髓切断术,术后3、6、12 个月复查,通过临床及X线片检查进行疗效评价.结果 iRoot BP Plus 和MTA作为盖髓剂,牙髓切断术后1年临床疗效观察,iRoot BP Plus 组 60例中,失访 5例,成功 50例,失败 5 例,成功率 90.9%,对照组MTA组 60 例中,失访 5 例,成功 46 例,失败 9 例,成功率 83.6%,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 iRoot BP Plus用于乳磨牙牙髓切断术取得了良好的临床效果,临床操作简单且不引起牙冠变色,具有良好的应用前景.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus in primary molars'vital pulpotomy.Methods A total of 120 primary molars of 89 patients were selected,which were diagnosed as chronic pulptitis at early stage and randomly divided into two groups,iRoot BP Plus and MTA.Vital pulpotomy was applied.Clinical and radiographic examination were performed 3,6,12 months postoperatively to evaluate the treatment effect.Results iRoot BP Plus as pulp-cap in primary molars'vital pulpotomy had good effect with a success rate of 90.9%,compared with 83.6%in MTA group,no significant difference was observed(P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions iRoot BP Plus for pulpotomy of primary molars can achieve good clinical results,with simple clinical procedures that do not cause crown discoloration and promising application prospects.
