目的 观察iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂,用于小型猪乳前磨牙牙髓切断术后牙髓的组织学变化,探讨iRoot BP Plus广泛应用于临床的可行性.方法 选用 4 只 5 月龄小型猪,选取双侧上下颌乳前磨牙共 32 颗,行牙髓切断术.随机选择一侧乳前磨牙为实验组,采用iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂,另一侧为对照组,采用MTA作为盖髓剂,分别于术后2、4、8、12周处死动物.切取含实验牙的上下颌骨块,进行标本固定和HE染色,观察术后牙髓组织病理学变化.结果 iRoot BP Plus和MTA均可促进修复性牙本质形成,iRoot BP Plus盖髓后形成修复性牙本质较MTA早,术后 8 周可见牙本质桥形成,术后 12 周的牙本质桥形态较规则.二者均未引起浅表牙髓组织坏死,牙本质桥下方的牙髓组织表面在术后 4 周可见慢性炎症,术后 8 周炎症基本消失.结论 在小型猪乳牙牙髓切断术中,使用iRoot BP Plus盖髓后 12 周可以形成与MTA盖髓相似的、形态较好的牙本质桥,且牙髓状态良好,为MTA临床良好替代的盖髓剂.
Objective To observe the histological change of primary premolar pulp of miniature pigs after vital pulpotomy,using iRoot BP Plus as pulp-cap,and to investigate reactive changes of the pulp in different stages as well,using MTA as control.Methods Thirty-two teeth including bilateral primary premolars were selected as test teeth to perform vital pulpotomy from 4 five-month old miniature pigs.One side of primary teeth were randomly selected as test group,using iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent,with the other side using MTA as control.The miniature pigs were sacrificed at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation.Segments of jaw each containing one tooth were decalcified,embedded in paraffin,and stained with hematoxylin and eosin.Histologic changes after pulp capping were observed under light microscope.Results Both iRoot BP Plus and MTA can promote the calcium bridge formation.Neither of them caused any necrosis or inflammatory reaction on pulp tissues,slightly inflammatory cell infiltration was seldom observed.The calcium bridge of group of iRoot BP Plus was formed earlier than that of the MTA group.Irregular calcium barrier could be observed in MTA capping group.Conclusions iRoot BP Plus has similar effect as MTA while used as pulp capping agent in primary molars vital pulpotomy.It can well induce calcium bridge formation,and the pulp tissue was in good condition.
