北京市通州区学龄前儿童龋病与肥胖程度的相关性研究

摘要
目的 通过对北京市通州区学龄前儿童入园体检数据进行回顾性调查,分析龋病与肥胖之间的相关性,为相关部门制定预防策略提供理论依据.方法 收集通州区全区 2017-2021 年学龄前儿童的体检数据,包括龋失补牙数、身高、体重,根据世界卫生组织(WHO)生长发育标准,将儿童分为消瘦组、体重正常组、超重组和肥胖组.结果 儿童龋齿患病率及超重肥胖检出率均随着年龄增加呈上升趋势(P<0.01),2～5 岁儿童龋齿检出率为 25.22%,39.99%,55.14%,62.05%;超重肥胖检出率为 16.71%、16.77%、21.34%和 23.35%.在调整年龄和性别因素后,与体重正常组儿童相比,超重和肥胖儿童发生龋齿的风险分别降低8%(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.86-0.99,P=0.026)和5%(OR=0.95,95%CI:0.91-0.99,P=0.028).结论 北京市通州区学龄前儿童中,超重及肥胖儿童患龋风险较低,提示龋齿与儿童生长发育、营养状况密切相关,应予以重视.
Abstract
Objective This study aimed to investigate the association between caries and obesity of preschool children in Tongzhou district,Beijing.Methods The physical examination data of preschool children in Tongzhou District from 2017 to 2021 was collected,including total mean decayed,missing or filled teeth(dmft)of primary dentition,height and weight.Children were classified into underweight,normal weight,overweight and obesity groups by BMI based on WHO criteria.Results The prevalence of dental caries of children aged 2-5 was 25.22%,39.99%,55.14%,62.05%,and the prevalence of overweight and obesity was 6.71%,16.77%,21.34%and 23.35%,respectively.Both indices increased by age(P<0.01).Children in overweight and obesity groups have 8%(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.86-0.99,P=0.026)and 5%(OR=0.95,95%CI:0.91-0.99,P=0.028)lower odds for the presence of dental caries after adjustment for age and gender.Conclusions Overweight and obese children were more likely to be dental caries free among preschool children in Tongzhou District,Beijing.Dental caries was closely related to children's growth and nutritional status,which should be paid more attention.
