The Mechanism,Framework, and Approach for Efficient Integration and Mutual Promotion between New Quality Productivity and New Quality Combat Effectiveness—From the Perspective of Quantum Information Technology
The logical mechanism, theoretical framework, and practical approach for the efficient integration and mutual promotion between new quality productivity and new quality combat effectiveness are explored, based on the application of quantum information technology in economic, social, and military domains. The paper aims to elucidate the inherent connections, interaction patterns, and mutual reinforcement mechanisms between the two factors.Utilizing system theory, collaboration theory, and military-civilian coordination theory,a triple-cycle theoretical framework was constructed, which conceptualizes the efficient integration and bidirectional reinforcement of new quality productivity and new quality combat effectiveness.Furthermore, strategic pathways were proposed for achieving this objective. The research reveals that advancements in quantum information technology have provided significant momentum for the enhancement of new quality productivity and new quality combat effectiveness.Technological innovations and industrial upgrading have led to qualitative leaps being achieved in new quality productivity, while the enhancement of new quality combat effectiveness relies on the application and innovation of quantum information technology in the military sector.Concurrently, the efficient integration and mutual reinforcement between new quality productivity and new quality combat effectiveness offer novel perspectives and directions for economic and social development as well as military strategic transformation.Based on these findings, the paper suggests enhancing technological innovation, promoting industrial upgrading, optimizing resource allocation, and other practical measures to foster the sustainable development of new quality productivity and new quality combat effectiveness.
