摘要
利用硅胶色谱、凝胶色谱等分离方法从软珊瑚Sinularia sp.中分离得到6种化学成分.通过一维核磁共 振波谱、二维核磁共振波谱和质谱等分析方法对化合物进行结构解析,确定为西松烷二萜类成分:lobocrassolide,lobohedleolide,(7Z)-lobohedleolide和2-epi-11Z-lobohedleolide;邻笨二甲酸酯类成分:1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid diisobutyl ester;甾醇类成分:ergosta-5-en-3β-ol.其中4种西松烷二萜类化合物为首次从该样品中获得.
Abstract
Six constituents were repeatedly isolated and purified from a soft coral Sinularia sp. by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatographies. On the basis of spectroscopic data of ID NMR, 2D NMR and EI-MS, their chemical structures were identified as lobocrassolide, lobohedleolide, (7Z)-lobohedleolide, 2-epi-llZ-lobohedleolide, 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid diisobutyl ester, ergosta-5-en-3/?-ol. The compounds of cembranoid diterpenes are gained from this organism for the first time.
