摘要

为解决现有作战体系效能评估方法不全面、不细致的问题,提出了一种考虑动静态能力的作战体系综合效能评估方法,该方法基于"OODA"作战环思想将装备进行功能分类,通过功能梳理各类装备的静态能力属性,对装备节点间的有向连边进行表征,定义连边类型并采用基于信息熵的连边权重计算方法,构建反映体系动态能力的加权网络模型,建立兼顾体系静态能力与动态能力的效能计算方法,实现体系作战效能的综合评估分析;案例分析结果表明该方法结合动态能力与静态能力综合评估分析的有效性.

Abstract

In order to solve the incomprehensive and incompact problems in the existing effectiveness assess-ment method of combat system,a comprehensive effectiveness assessment method was proposed for combat sys-tem to be able analyze its dynamic and static capabilities.Taking the"OODA"combat ring idea as a base,multi-abilities were carried out with the assessment method,including the categorization of equipments according to function and arranging the static capability attribute of the equipment with function.Representing the directed edges among equipment nodes,characterizing and defining the types of edges,the weight calculation was used based on the information entropy of the directed edges to establish a network model and reflect the dynamic cap-ability of the system.Finally,the static capability and dynamic capability of the system were numerated effi-ciently,realizing the comprehensive effectiveness assessment of the combat effectiveness of the system.The res-ults of the case study show the effectiveness of the method,combining the dynamic capability and static capabil-ity in the comprehensive assessment and analysis.
