The Evolution Process,Measurement Standards and Future Development of Undergraduate Education Evaluation under the Background of Building a Strong Education Nation:Taking the Audit Evaluation of Undergraduate Education as an Example
Higher education is the leading force in building a strong education nation,and undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education.After the popularization of higher education in China,the fundamental role of undergraduate education has become even more prominent.High-quality development is the guarantee for fulfilling the functions of universities,and the evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality is an important part of the quality assurance system of higher education institutions.By comparing and analyzing the policy documents and expert suggestions from two rounds of undergraduate teaching review and evaluation at general higher education institutions,this paper defines the measurement standards as normative documents.In light of the problems found in the two rounds of assessments,and in accordance with the standards for university operation,undergraduate major teaching standards,and quality assurance construction standards,measures are proposed to deepen teaching assessments and improve the quality of undergraduate education and teaching from the aspects of changing concepts,and implementing the main responsibilities of organizers and universities.
