The high-quality development of graduate education is inseparable from the harmonious and cordial teacher-student relationship, and the establishment of such a relationship is the result of the joint action of multiple factors on the basis of teacher-student interaction.Combined with the survey and analysis of application-oriented universities, this paper aims to establish a framework of harmonious teacher-student relationship from the perspective of educational ecology and on the basis of teacher-student interaction behaviors.Using the Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)method,a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of multiple concurrent factors on harmonious teacher-student relationships in graduate education is conducted from aspects such as teachers'professional quality, students'comprehensive quality,teacher-student interaction, and external environment.Five types of configurations for high-harmony teacher-student relationships are proposed, namely academic foundation type, institutional constraint type, teacher proactive research type, student proactive composite type, and teacher proactive composite type. The study aims to provide references for application-oriented universities to create an atmosphere of benign interactions between teachers and students,to establish a sound external institutional guarantee, and to promote the formation of a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
