In the context of globalization,the introduction of foreign talents is crucial important to the development and disciplinary construction of local application-oriented universities.However,in the process of recruiting foreign talents,local application-oriented universities are confronted with problems such as the absence and mismatch of recruitment plans,the inadequacy of the management system and service links,and insufficient attention to the effectiveness of talent introduction work.In response to these issues,specific countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward,including attaching importance to the recruitment process,strengthening the dual guarantees of management and service,and focusing on the benefits of talent introduction.The aim is to provide more in-depth theoretical support and practical guidance for local application-oriented universities in introducing foreign talents.
