消栓再造丸中非法染色剂苏丹IV、808猩红的检测方法研究

摘要
[目的]建立消栓再造丸中染色剂苏丹IV、808 猩红的检测方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法对消栓再造丸中的两种染色剂进行定量测定,色谱柱为Phenomenex luna C18 柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.02 mol/L醋酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为 1.0 mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为 520 nm.[结果]该方法检测苏丹红 IV、808 猩红的线性范围分别为0.001 48～0.029 60 μg、0.002 50～0.050 00 μg,回收率(n=6)分别为 101.68%和 101.64%,稳定性实验的RSD分别为0.53%和0.75%.[结论]该方法简单、准确,适用于消栓再造丸中非法染色剂苏丹IV、808 猩红的测定.
Abstract
The aim is to establish a detection method for illegal dyes Sudan IV and Scarlet 808 in Xiaoshuan Zaizao Pills.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used for the quantitative determination of the two dyes in Xianshuan Zaizao Pills.The Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was employed with an acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature at 40℃,and the detection wavelength at 520 nm.Results show that the linear ranges of Sudan IV and Scarlet 808 were 0.001 48～0.029 60 μg and 0.002 50～0.050 00 μg,respectively,the average recovery(n=6)was 101.68%and 101.64%,and RSD was 0.53%and 0.75%.It can be concluded that the detection method is convenient and accurate,suitable for the determination of the illegal dyes Sudan IV and Scarlet 808 in Xiaoshuan Zaizao Pills.
