摘要
以提升听障大学生社会适应水平为目标,探索适合听障大学生的心理健康教育课程内容,为该群体的社会融入赋能.在全面评估听障大学生社会适应的特殊性和现状的基础上,依据"知、情、意、行、信"五维一体的辅导模式,提出心理健康教育课程的内容,分别为:促进双文化认同、引导积极情感、增强自我效能感、赋能社会融入、消解歧视知觉5 个部分.
Abstract
This study aims to enhance the social adaptation of hearing-impaired college students by exploring suitable mental health education curriculum content to empower their social integration.On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the particularity and current situation of their social adaptation,and drawing on the five-dimensional guidance model of"knowledge,emotion,intention,behavior,and belief",the study proposes the following five content for the psychological health education curriculum:promoting bicultural identity,guiding positive emotions,enhancing self-efficacy,empowering social integration,and alleviating perceived discrimination.
