摘要
新质生产力是以新技术深化应用为驱动,以新产业、新业态和新模式快速涌现为重要特征,摆脱了传统经济增长模式和生产力发展路径的先进生产力质态.新质生产力以科技创新为引擎,驱动乡村在产业、人才、文化、生态、组织等多维度实现全面振兴.然而,以新质生产力驱动乡村振兴仍面临发展动能受限、科技应用滞后、人才支撑不足、资金支持薄弱的痛点难点.因此,应从加速新质生产要素集聚、弥合科技鸿沟、完善人才培养体系、拓宽资金渠道4个方面优化发展路径,畅通新质生产力驱动乡村振兴的通道.
Abstract
The new quality productivity is driven by the deepening application of new technologies,characterized by the rapid emergence of new industries,new forms of business and new models,which represents a break from traditional economic growth patterns and productivity development pathways.With scientific and technological innovation as the engine,the new quality productivity drives rural areas to achieve comprehensive revitalization in multiple dimensions,including industry,talents,culture,ecology and organization.However,rural revitalization driven by the new quality productivity still faces the difficulties,such as limited development momentum,lagging application of science and technology,insufficient talent support and weak financial support.Therefore,the development path should be optimized from four aspects:accelerating the agglomeration of new quality production factors,bridging the technological gap,improving the talent training system,and broadening the capital channels,so as to smooth the channel of the new quality productivity driving rural revitalization.
