High-Quality Farmer Training Research on the Path of Effective Connection with Academic and Vocational Education
Talents are the key to rural revitalization,and high-quality farmers are the vanguard of rural revitalization.Diploma vocational education can help farmers renew knowledge and skills,improve comprehensive quality and realize lifelong learning.However,the existing rural vocational education is not smooth,which weakens the enthusiasm of farmers for pursuing education to a certain extent.For the trainees of the high-quality farmer cultivation project,courses opening,teacher sharing and credit transfer can be used as effective connecting points in the three links before,during and after the training,and the academic and vocational education represented by open education can be effectively connected,so as to improve the level of high-quality farmer training,stimulate the motivation of high-quality farmers to study,and establish a lifelong learning system for farmers.It provides ideas for the transformation and upgrading of the open education plan of"one village,one college student".
