摘要

将单轴应变技术应用于非晶LaAlO3/KTaO3(111)界面超导的调控研究,结果表明,在<11(2)>晶向上超导临界转变温度随拉伸应变的增大而增大,随压缩应变的增大而减小.弹性电阻率系数的居里-外斯型发散表明KTaO3界面超导具有各向异性.这对于理解KTaO3界面体系超导的物理本质具有十分重要的科学意义.

Abstract

Oxide heterostructure interface material based on KTaO3 is a key area of research in condensed matter physics,especially of discovery of its superconductivity.Uniaxial strain technology has been widely applied in unconventional superconductors,to obtain important information on superconductivity and other related quantum order parameters by studying changes in physical properties after applying strain in different crystal orientations.The present work applies uniaxial strain technology to tune interface superconductivity of amorphous LaAlO3/KTaO3(111).Critical transition temperature of superconductivity is found to increase with increased tensile strain and to decrease with increased compressive strain along the<11(2)>direction.The Curie-Weiss type divergence of elastoresistivity coefficient indicates anisotropic superconductivity at KTaO3 interface.This is of great scientific significance to understand the physical essence of superconductivity in KTaO3-based interface system.
