Study on the Prevention of Copyright Risks in Online Education from the Perspective of Interested Subjects
Accompanied by the rapid development of information technology, online education breaks through the time and space limitations of the traditional teaching mode in the past, realizes the sharing of educational resources, and in recent years has gradually become a necessity for education. However, with the rapid expansion of the scale of online education, the copyright dispute surrounding quality online education courses has become more and more intense, breaking the existing balance of copyright interests constructed under the traditional offline teaching mode with teachers and students as the dual subjects. As relevant stakeholders in online education, course copyright holders, operation service platforms, and learning users may face copyright risks such as unclear attribution of courses, illegal course distribution, and infringement of course use. In order to clear the institutional obstacles to the long-term development of online education, all interested parties should take corresponding measures such as signing copyright sharing agreements, establishing "AI plus manual" verification mechanisms, and obtaining legitimate authorizations, so as to achieve a new balance of interests among the creators, disseminators and users of knowledge products under the online education model.
