Under the digital divide in the digital economy era, digital vulnerable groups refer to social groups in a disadvantaged position due to weak economic capacity, poor information, and limited knowledge. Digital vulnerable groups are the product of the dual influence of the internal structure of society and the outbreak of digital technology, and their rights protection has particularity. The real rights dilemma of digital vulnerable groups is different from traditional rights issues, mainly focusing on information access, medical security, and privacy security. In order to protect the rights of digital vulnerable groups, it is proposed to establish a legal protection system for digital vulnerable groups under the principle of preferential protection, combined with the actual situation to play the role of digital government public services, establish corporate social responsibility consciousness and obligation distribution mechanism, so as to establish a legal protection system for digital vulnerable groups.
