"地域+领域"是统一战线在新时代新形势下组团式帮扶毕节试验区的创新性探索,是毕节试验区高质量发展、建设贯彻新发展理念示范区的生动实践."地域+领域"组团式帮扶毕节试验区高质量发展,有其存在的价值逻辑、理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑.但是,科技、产业、教育、健康、人才等领域组团式帮扶的组织领导、机制保障和精准衔接等三个方面还不同程度存在基层政策知晓率不高、重视程度不够,机制运行不顺畅、压力传导不强,项目谋划不精准、争取支持不够等现实困境.要解决这些问题,须要督促发挥机制作用、加强统筹调度力度,构建联动工作格局、加强督促推动力度,精准梳理需求事项、加强业务指导力度,才能更有效发挥多党合作助推毕节试验区改革发展,充分彰显中国新型政党制度的优越性.
