Existence of Solutions to Jump Problems for a Class of Degenerate Elliptic Equations
In this paper,the spectral theory of compact self-adjoint operators,the new linking theorems of Schechter,and the variational method are used to prove the existence of the solution to the jump problem of a class of degenerate elliptic equations.
