基于Matlab的机械工程控制基础教学实验设计

机械工程控制基础是机械类学生的重要基础课程,可为学生掌握和设计机电控制系统打下良好的基础.但课程的学习涉及众多数学基础课程和专业知识,这使得前期学习基础不扎实的同学学习该课程很吃力.针对学生难以理解系统模型从微分方程到传递函数变换的问题,基于Matlab软件和能够表示大多数机电控制系统的二阶微分方程,采用不同的方法和系统参数设计实验,给出系统状态响应,并通过理论分析,验证实验结果的正确性.该实验的实施,能够激发学生的学习热情和培养学生独立分析和解决问题的思维以及能力.
The Design of Teaching Experiment for the Course in Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering Control Based on Matlab
As an important foundational course for the students of mechanical major,Fundamental of Mechanical Engineering Control can lay a solid foundation for students to master and design electromechanical control systems.However,the learning of the course involves numerous basic mathematical courses and professional knowledge,which makes it difficult for these students who have not had a solid foundation in the early stages to learn this course.This article addresses the problem of students'difficulty in understanding the transformation of system model from differential equation to transfer function.Based on Matlab software and second-order differential equation that can represent most electromechanical control systems,different methods and system parameters are chosen to design experiments,and then the system state responses are given.Finally,by theoretical analysis,the correctness of the experimental results are illustrated.The implementation of this experiment can stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and cultivate their independent thinking and ability to analyze and solve problem.
