Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Rheum Officinale Baill
Rheum Officinale Baill is a genus of rheum,which is of great significance in medicinal value.However,endophytes are an important microbial resource widely found in plants,and some endophytes have an important influence on plant growth and development.The growth relationship between Rheum Officinale Baill endophytes and Rheum Officinale Baill and the relationship between medicinal components of Rheum Officinale Baill are rarely reported,and these studies are based on the isolation and identification of endogenous fungi.Therefore,we conducted relevant studies.After using Rheum Officinale Baill root,endophytic fungi were isolated and purified through strict surface disinfection,and the colony culture morphology and individual microscopic characteristics of endophytic fungi were observed,and classified according to the ITS sequence.Based on the morphological observation and molecular biology identification experiments,26 endophytic fungi and 13 species were isolated into 8 genera,of which two strains showed low similarity,which deserves further study.The results lay a foundation for studying the growth relationship between Rheum Officinale Endophytes and Rheum Officinale and the medicinal ingredients of Rheum Officinale..
