A Meta-Analysis of the Relationship between Different Social Supports and Mental Health of Impoverished College Students

摘要
运用元分析考察近20多年国内高校贫困生社会支持与心理健康之间的关系.经检索与筛选相关文献,有14项研究符合纳入元分析的标准,总样本量为4882人,运用Comprehensive Meta Analysis软件进行元分析.结果发现:不同社会支持与心理健康均呈现显著相关,且主观支持对心理健康的作用大于客观支持、对支持的利用度;期刊来源仅对客观支持与心理健康关系起调节作用,而地区分布在不同社会支持与心理健康关系中均起调节作用,且在主观支持的调节作用中表现更明显.研究结果表明:不同社会支持与高校贫困生心理健康关系密切,尤其是主观支持对贫困大学生心理健康具有更显著的预测性.
Abstract
A meta-analysis was used to explore the relationship between different social supports and mental health of domestic impoverished college students in recent twenty years.After searching and screening,27studies including 7485 participants finally met the criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis.We have used Comprehensive Meta Analysis software for meta-analysis between different social supports and mental health of domestic impoverished college students.Results showed that:there was significant correlation with different social supports and mental health.Moreover,the effect on subjective support has more than objective support and utilization of support.The journal sources were only significant moderating on objective support and mental health,but geographical distributions were significant moderating on different social supports and mental health.The results show that different social supports have significant correlation to mental health of impoverished college students,especially subjective support.
