Teaching Ability of Local Universities Teachers from a High Quality Perspective:Theoretical Dimensions,Development Challenges and Improvement Paths
The development of teachers'teaching ability in local undergraduate colleges is related to the promotion of high-quality local higher education in China.Teachers have the teaching ability required in the new era is the basic premise and necessary guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of education and teaching in local undergraduate colleges.At present,there are problems in the teaching ability of teachers in local undergraduate colleges,such as the lack of innovative general teaching ability,the lack of strengthening practical teaching ability and the lack of sustainable developmental teaching ability,which will directly affect the quality of talent training and the development of teachers'teaching ability in local undergraduate colleges.In view of this,this study realizes the innovative development of teachers'general teaching ability from the theory first,technology enabling teaching,and reflection-action activities.It strengthens the development of teachers'practical teaching ability by updating the connotation of double-teacher teachers and training them in a hierarchical and classified way.It promotes the development of teachers'developmental teaching ability by attaching importance to teachers'lifelong learning,scientific research feeding teaching,and G-U-I collaborative training center.
