Exploration on the Training Mode of Applied Talents in Preschool Education of Higher Vocational Colleges
The training mode of preschool education professionals in higher vocational colleges does not fully highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education and cannot meet the needs of the society for front-line talents in preschool education.In order to solve this problem,preschool education major in higher vocational colleges should be guided by social needs,connect with posts,and formulate talent training objectives and highlight practice,optimize the curriculum system,update teaching methods and means to improve teaching quality,build an excellent teacher team and cultivate a double qualified team,in order to construct a new training mode of applied talents for preschool education major in higher vocational colleges and cultivate high-quality front-line talents for preschool education,we should construct a multi-evaluation system and improve the education evaluation mechanism.
