The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee explicitly put forward the"six adherences"that must be followed for a further comprehensive deepening of reforms.The"six adherences"are the crystallization of the collective wisdom and invaluable experience of the CPC and the people.They stem from a distinctive generative logic that integrates the fundamental principles of reform and opening-up,encapsulates the critical principles of governance,and creatively develops the essential principles of Marxism.The"six adherences"carry a strong problem-solving orientation and convey clear directives for maintaining political resolve,upholding fairness and justice,balancing continuity with innovation,navigating the"latter stages"of practicing socialism with Chinese characteristics,leveraging the role of the rule of law,and effectively preventing and controlling systemic risks.On this new stage of our journey,to effectively grasp and utilize the"six adherences",we must thoroughly comprehend their core essence and underlying logic,accurately master the methodology for their implementation and supervision,and ensure robust mechanisms for evaluation and enforcement of these principles.
