摘要

数字素养框架是表达数字素养与数字技能复杂关系的通用方法.专业数字素养框架是在产业数字化过程中,数字要素与职业功能的全面解构,是专业数字技能培养的重要抓手.产业数字化转型升级急需高素质数字技能人才的支撑,数字技能的培养要在科学的专业数字素养框架基础上进行,以物流管理专业为例,应基于"产业所需—场景解构—融合进阶"的形成逻辑,构建专业数字素养框架.

Abstract

Digital literacy framework is a general approach to express the complex relationship between digital literacy and digital skills. Professional digital literacy framework is a comprehensive deconstruction of the integration of digital elements and professional functions in the process of industrial digitalization, and is an important starting point for professional digital skills training. Industrial digital transformation and upgrading urgently need the support of high-quality digital skills talents, and the cultivation of digital skills should be carried out on the basis of scientific professional digital literacy framework. Taking logistics management as an example, based on the formation logic of "industry needs—scene deconstruction —integration and advancement", a professional digital literacy framework is constructed. More scientific and more accurate training of high-end digital skills are required by the industry.
