Research on the Practice of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Enterprises
Enterprises play a pivotal role in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. Facing the urgent demand for high-quality and skilled talents in the rail transit industry, Wuxi Metro has closely collaborated with vocational colleges to actively explore the "order-oriented" talent cultivation model, which has become a crucial part of the talent reserve system of Wuxi Metro. However, in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation, issues such as the diversity of job positions and professional differences, the shortage and imbalance of teachers, and low corporate participation exist. From an enterprise's perspective, future efforts to further promote school-enterprise cooperation should focus on: building a new mechanism for collaborative talent cultivation between schools and enterprises to optimize the talent cultivation process, constructing a mixed teaching team to strengthen practical teaching in vocational education, establishing a new system of cooperation platforms to deepen industry-education integration and technological innovation, promoting the development and application of intelligent terminals to achieve digital transformation in school-enterprise cooperation, and strengthening policy support to deepen the vocational education system of school-enterprise cooperation.
