高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的现实困境与对策措施

党的十八大以来,国家持续深化职业教育改革发展,不断增强职业教育对经济社会发展需求的适应性,推动高质量"双师型"教师队伍建设是提高职业教育适应性的重要内容.随着时代的发展,"双师型"教师队伍建设也出现了诸多困境,主要体现在:国家认定标准的通用性与"双师型"教师实际认定标准的适应性的矛盾;不断提升的"双师型"教师能力要求与现实能力发展差距的矛盾;理论研究的不断深入与实际操作中应用落地之间的矛盾.基于现实困境,建议各职业院校因地制宜优化标准,完善"双师型"教师认定体系;紧密对接技术发展,强化"双师型"教师能力与素养提升;深化理论研究,创新"双师型"教师队伍建设路径,为职业教育高质量发展提供智力支撑.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country has continuously deepened the reform and development of vocational education, continuously enhanced the adaptability of vocational education to the needs of economic and social development, and promoted the construction of "dual-qualified" teachers, which is an important part of improving the adaptability of vocational education. With the development of the times, the construction of the "dual-qualified" teachers has also encountered many difficulties, the contradiction between the universality of national recognition standards and the adaptability of actual recognition standards for "dual-qualified" teachers; The contradiction between the constantly improving requirements of "dual-qualified" teachers and the gap in actual ability development; The contradiction between the continuous deepening of theoretical research and the practical application in operation. Based on practical difficulties, it is recommended that vocational colleges should optimize their standards according to local conditions and improve the "dual-qualified" teacher certification system; pay close attention to technological development to enhance the abilities and qualities of "dual-qualified" teachers; give theoretical guidance, innovate "dual-qualified" teachers construction path, to provide intellectual support for the high-quality development of vocational education.
