数字经济的蓬勃发展,推动传统商业向数字商业转型,数字电商人才培养势在必行.然而,面对数字化转型,职业院校电子商务专业群面临与数字经济发展不同步的挑战,需要着手对专业群进行调整与优化.结合当前形势,通过分析电子商务专业群内部各要素间的逻辑特征,明确专业群优化原则和优化重点,提出创新人才培养模式和课程体系,服务人才培养;搭建数字化实训基地和教学平台,满足学生需求;建立核心专业引领和动态调整机制,紧贴企业需要;成立调整研究小组,提升师资水平的优化路径,以更好推进新时代数字商业人才培养,服务电子商务产业发展.
Abstract
The booming development of the digital economy is driving the transformation of traditional business to digital business, and the cultivation of digital e-commerce talents is imperative. However, in the face of digital transformation, the e-commerce professional group in vocational colleges is facing challenges that are not synchronized with the development of the digital economy, and it is necessary to adjust and optimize the professional group. Based on the current situation, by analyzing the logical characteristics of various elements within the e-commerce professional group and clarifying the optimization principles and priorities of the professional group, propose innovating talent training models and curricular system to serve the cultivation of talents; building digital training base to satisfy students' training needs; establishing the leading and dynamic adjusting mechanism of core specialties to follow the demand of enterprises; organizing an adjustment and research group to optimize the path of improving the level of teaching staff, in order to better promote the cultivation of digital business talents in the new era and serve the development of the e-commerce industry.
