The Promotion of New Quality Productivity by Vocational Education:Theory,Present Situation and Path
The new quality productive forces put forward higher requirements for the value and mission of the construction of education power.Firstly,this paper divides the effect of rocational education on the improvement of new quality productive forces by vocational education into scale effect and quality effect.Secondly,using the relevant data of vocational education from 2015 to 2022,the scale effect is analyzed from the adaptability of enrollment scale and regional economic aggregate.Thirdly,the quality effect is analyzed from the professional structure,industrial structure and talent training mode innovation.It is found that at present,the adaptability between the scale of vocational education and economic growth is poor,the professional structure of vocational education does not match the regional economic development structure,and the talent training mode needs to be innovated.Vocational education should focus on expanding enrollment in the central and western regions and the northeast,building an ecological model of coordinated development of professional structure and regional industries,innovating talent training models,and taking multiple measures to promote the promotion and development of new quality productive forces.
