Research on the Detection of Heterogeneous Human Capital in the Context of Digital Economy—Analysis from the Perspective of Knowledge Potential
In the digital economy era,heterogeneous human capital is one of the key factors driving technological innovation and industrial upgrading.heterogeneous human capital differs in depth and the breadth of knowledge in terms of knowledge potential.Therefore,heterogeneous human capital detection can be transformed into the discrimination of knowledge potential in the knowledge network.This article builds a heterogeneous human capital detection system from the research perspective,research method and application.By constructing an improved network algorithm,the depth and breadth of knowledge of heterogeneous human capital are explored.In practical application,the heterogeneous human capital in the field of highway is deeply excavated,its group structure is analyzed,and the knowledge individual is analyzed in three-dimensional space to identify different types of heterogeneous human capital and its gradient level,and the above mentioned results were presented to reveal the internal structure and mechanism of action.
